How do I top-up my wallet?

You can easily top up your wallet via our app. Go to More > Wallet and choose the amount you want to add to your digital wallet. It can take a few moments before the new balance is added to your account. The lowest amount to top up is five euro/dollars. 

Using iOS? To go to the top-up page, make sure to click on the wallet symbol, and not just on the line that shows your current balance.

Via browser, click on the Profile button (right upper corner), and go to Wallet > Top up your wallet.

Automatic top-up

Never want to worry about not having enough money on your account? Use our automatic-top-up function. We automatically top up your wallet with 10 euro/dollars whenever your credit drops below one euro/dollar. You can (de)activate the automatic top-up function while topping up.
